3. Involute spline shaft is adapted makes it easy to adjust and replace the screw.

4. Circled tunnel design barrel with liner can achieve heating/cooling function. Steam and water can also be injected directly into the barrel.

5. Screw is made of special anti-wear alloy with large L/D ratio assures smoothly production for all kinds of sinking/floating feed.

6. Fast replacing mechanism for die and screw and on-line adjustment for cutter.

7. It is mostly suitable for produce floating pellet in die diameter 2~6mm.
